1.	The Customer Relationship between You and Info Tech Employment, InfoTechEmployment.com (known as ITE henceforth).

1.1	Customer Relationship. ITE sells a product with information about IT/IS/Computer Services Companies doing business in the United States. You acknowledge that
(i)	ITE does not represent you in any way,
(ii)	is not an employment agency,
(iii)	is not an executive recruiter,
(iv)	does not distribute or circulate resumes, vitas or other information about you to anyone,
(v)	is not acting as an agent,
(vi)	does not have a business or contractual relationship with you,
(vii)	does not have a business or contractual relationship with any of the companies ITE provides information on, and
(viii)	is acting as an editor and publisher selling copyrighted intellectual property and product only; does not guarantee that users will successfully find a company that will give them employment.

1.2	Research Provider/Editor/Publisher. ITE is only an Editor-Publisher. ITE acts as an Editor-Publisher by researching, identifying, and creating information publications on IT/IS/Computer Services Companies. We do not have control over the companies, their business practices, their hiring practices or policies, or employment needs at any particular time. We cannot ensure that a company is hiring at the present time or that you will be hired or placed by any of the companies ITE provides information on. ITE is financially and in all other ways independent of the companies ITE provides information about. ITE has no financial interests in and does not take any fee from any of the companies we provide information about. Companies do not pay any fee to be listed in ITE resources. We make reasonable efforts to include information on computer services companies available from public records. We make no claim or warranty that this available information as published in our product includes all companies in the industry. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Companies in the ITE Source Lists are in business, in the computer services business, and have existing contracts, according to known public records, with Cities, States, Federal agencies or corporations to provide IT/IS/computer industry staff or services to their clients.

1.3	Release. You release ITE (and our officers, directors, and employees, and officers, directors and employees of its parent company) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with negotiations with any use of the source lists to contact a company ITE provides information about, or with any company you contact for employment. You understand and acknowledge that ITE is not an employment agency, and does not represent you in any negotiations for employment. ITE is not involved in any transaction between you and any representative of any company listed in the Source Lists.

1.4	No Warranty. INFOTECHEMPLOYMENT.COM, OUR PARENT, AND EMPLOYEES PROVIDE OUR PRODUCT "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE, OUR PARENT, AND EMPLOYEES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER INFOTECHNEMPLOYMENT.COM, ITS PARENT, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE OR THE SITE-RELATED PRODUCT. InfoTech Employment shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that companies published in source lists are in business, in business as IT/IS/Computer Services Companies, and have known existing contracts, according to known public records, with Cities, State, Federal agencies and/or corporations to provide IT/IS/Computer industry staff or services to their clients, but we make no representations or warranties regarding the business or hiring practices of the companies listed or their personnel needs at any particular time.

1.5	Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOTECH EMPLOYMENT, OUR PARENT, AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEB SITE, OUR PRODUCT, OR THIS AGREEMENT HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE. NEITHER INFOTECH EMPLOYMENT NOR ITS PARENT, OR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO COMPANY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT THROUGH THE SITE.

1.6	Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Info Tech Employment, its parent, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by yourself or any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement and Terms and Conditions or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of you or of a third party relating to your use of the Product.

1.7	Electronic Communications. You agree that this Agreement to Terms and Conditions constitutes, upon checking of Terms of Use box on website, or upon delivery of payment for a ITE Source List, "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation. You agree to receive your ITE Source Lists from Information Technology Employment in electronic form. You agree Electronic Communications may be delivered to your Email address. All Communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to be in "writing." Note that, by using the Info Tech Employment Website or Source Lists, you signify your agreement to the Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Info Tech Employment Website or source lists.

1.8	Acknowledgment. The InfoTechEmployment.com website may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties. We neither control nor endorse such other web sites, nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on the Linked Sites or materials referred to at the Linked Sites. You acknowledge that Info Tech Employment neither endorses nor is affiliated with the Linked Sites and is not responsible for any content that appears on the Linked Sites. You also acknowledge that the owner of the Linked Site neither endorses nor is affiliated with the Info Tech Employment.

1.9	Your Relationship with Companies, Providers, and Vendors. Your correspondence with companies, providers, or vendors referred to in ITE information materials or in connection with the site, including the development and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such company, provider or vendor. You agree not to hold Info Tech Employment.com or its parent liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such companies, providers, and vendors referred to in ITE information materials or in connection with the site.

2.0	Code of Conduct. Electronic Copyright Policy & Use Agreement The contents of each Info Tech Employment Contact source list are copyrighted and intellectual property under intellectual property law. Your Contact source list is for your individual use only. By ordering a Source List, you understand your source list is for your individual use and agree to not modify, print (with the exception of printable Mailing Labels), distribute, reproduce, reprint, electronically e-mail, send, copy, forward, or broadcast your Source List, or publish, post the contents on a website, or re-sell the Source List(s).
